1. Schedule a Tour
An in-person or virtual tour of the facility, individually or as a family, helps prospective families understand the extent of our programs and curriculum and gain a greater in-depth perspective to inform decision making. The tour is typically hosted by the school’s Assistant Head of School or someone on our Admissions Team and is catered to your student’s specific grade level. Please call us at 541-766-8313 or email the Admissions Team at admissions@ashbrookschool.org to schedule a tour.
To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

5. Request/Submit Required Documents
Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office:
6. Admissions Visit
An Admissions Visit is a time for the Ashbrook staff to meet a prospective student and family to learn more about a student’s academic, behavioral and social/emotional skills and knowledge. This visit also allows parents to ask more in-depth questions about the school’s programs and curriculum.
For students incoming to Preschool through first grade, the Admissions Visit typically takes place after school and lasts about 30-45 minutes. Staff will have the prospective student complete activities and ask questions to the parents about the student’s development and academic progress.
For students incoming to grades 2-8, the Admissions Visit is in two parts. The first visit involves an opportunity for the student to meet the classroom teacher and see the classroom. This short after school visit also allows the teacher to get to know the student, their strengths, and areas for growth. This is accomplished through conversations and an academic assessment. The assessment visit usually takes about 45 minutes. The second part of the visit is an exciting full day opportunity for the student to spend the day in the classroom in order to experience life as an Ashbrook student.
7. Admissions Team Review
After the prospective student spends time at Ashbrook and all necessary assessment data has been collected (including teacher recommendations from the student’s current school), the Admissions Team will review the information to determine if the prospective student is a good fit for Ashbrook. The Admissions Team will then make a recommendation. If enrollment is offered, an invitation to enroll is extended via parent email with instructions for online enrollment completion.
